Mary joined the ACT Fulfillment team in April 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. With 20+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, she provides leadership with a strategic HR team to enhance the employee’s life cycle upon onboarding. Mary is focused on process improvements, employee programs, benefits, and implementing training and development for the employee’s success. Along with overseeing the HR operational functions, promotes a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. As an employee-owned company, employee culture, commitment and engagement are recognized by celebrating ESOP events throughout the year. She is very excited to continue to drive the HR initiatives for a growing company.
