ACT has in-house EDI development professionals to help address your specific needs and provide custom solutions. ACT systems also integrate with a wide variety of ecommerce platforms, and the list is growing frequently.

Customer Portal for Supply Chain Visibility. ACT’s online portal allows you to check inventory levels, download a BOL or POD, and check real-time order and receipt status using your own reference or purchase order numbers. You can also download a variety of information and analytical views directly from the portal.

Robust Reporting. ACT uses several platforms such as SAP’s Business Intelligence Launch Pad to organize and present a core library of reports that deliver real-time data related to orders and inventory – in PDF and Excel formats. We offer custom development for new and existing reports. All reports are available ad hoc and can be scheduled for delivery, and KPIs can be fully customized.
